AGILE COACH

Our Agile coach would help train your organizational staff, management and executive on Agile methodology to ensure development of Agile teams, effective Agile practices and outcomes in the organization. Our Agile coach will implement Agile process, principles and practices across all levels and departments in the organization. The Agile coach will use techniques that increase collaboration, predictability, transparency and promote a culture of experimentation and innovation. The Agile coach will ensure achievement of transformation within the teams, departments and organizational enterprise.

SRUM MASTER

The Scrum Master will facilitate the agile development team using Scrum methodology that allows a team to self-organize and make changes quickly, in accordance with agile principles. Our Scrum Master facilitates sprint planning, daily scrum stand-up meetings, sprint iteration, sprint reviews, demos and retrospectives. The Scrum Master coaches team members on Agile values and principles, such as collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, self-organization and transparency. The Scrum Master identifies and removes any impediments or distractions that interfere with the team’s ability to deliver.

IT Project Management

We have experienced project managers who are certified by both the project management institute and American academy of project managers in our employ. Depending on your project scope and objective, our project managers could be outsourced to your organization to participate in the management of your ongoing projects. On the other hand, we may in source the management of your IT projects as turnkey from start to completion by submitting the completed product at completion. We utilize the earned value management (EVM) strategy to forecast project progress, avoid surprises and insure timely quality project completion
